Storied Banyan & Co

Storied Banyan & Co is a small independent publisher based in London, launched in 2026. We publish across three areas: illustrated children’s literature, biographies and memoir, and lifestyle, hobby and special-interest titles. Our first list includes hand-illustrated picture books alongside longer-form nonfiction, produced through a print-on-demand model that lets us work closely with authors and illustrators without the overheads of traditional print runs.

As a new press, we’ve put particular care into building author-friendly foundations from day one; fair royalty splits, clear and balanced contract terms, and a publishing process that treats authors as genuine partners rather than just rights-holders. We’re a small team, which means every title gets direct attention from acquisition through to production.
