Newly pregnant, Emma is surprised by husband’s Luke’s announcement that they’re swapping homes with his parents in the country. Luke’s manner suggests something sinister is afoot, something which Emma can’t quite fathom. Despite easily settling into country living, a chance discovery raises Emma’s suspicions and she decides to dig a little deeper.

Linda Huber

Linda Huber grew up in Glasgow, Scotland, but went to work in Switzerland for a year aged twenty-two, and has lived there ever since. Her day jobs have included working as a physiotherapist in hospitals and schools for handicapped children, and teaching English in a medieval castle. Nowadays she writes psychological suspense novels as well as women’s fiction, and enjoys spending time in her adopted home town on the banks of beautiful Lake Constance. Some of her books are set in the area, and she really appreciates having the views admired by her characters right on her own doorstep!
