Greenfinch
Based on work from his one man show Greenfinch is Pete’s first pamphlet.
These poems track Pete’s journeys, from childhood to adulthood, from addiction to sobriety, from Northern Ireland to Brighton. Appealing and frank they live in the head long after the pamphlet has been read.

Pete Strong
Pete Strong is an Irish poet and theatre maker from Bandit Country, living in England. He is the author of pamphlet Greenfinch (Flight of the Dragonfly Press, 2024). The stage show of the book was the Arts Dispatch Fringe Show of the Year 2023. His work has previously been published by Flights, Pot Luck Magazine and Epoque Press. His work has been shortlisted for the Bridport Prize.
